Now Hiring - Product Sales Coordinator in Elyria, OH

Full-time, hybrid position in the Lorain/Sheffield area with some travel to Macedonia.

The Product Sales Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the product sales program within the GSNEO regional jurisdiction, including implementing an integrated program plan, participant training, activities development and maintaining materials and inventory. The Coordinator works closely with other team members in their assigned Regional Service Center to facilitate the management of the Product Sales Program and support the adult volunteers. This position includes recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers and helps to design and implement a public relations strategy that focuses on supporting the product sales function and girl program to include outstanding customer service. Also, provides supporting services to Customer Care including inventory control, assisting with mobile shops and point of sale backup. Ensures that diversity and pluralism is embraced and incorporated into the work of the council.

• Associates degree in related field and/or work-related experience commensurate with degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software specific to GSUSA, Product Sales program vendors ,and Retail Shop
• Record of successful business administrative experience
• Strong human relations skills such as leadership, networking and relationship building, and sales/marketing
• Strong Project Management skills such as project evaluation, budgeting, merchandising and team building
